Entry link changes
If a game moves to a new official page, store page, or web play link, the listing should say so. Silent link changes make discovery feel unreliable.
Platform changes
A casual game might add iOS, Android, web, or regional access over time. Platform changes are important because they decide who can actually play.
Screenshot and trailer changes
Fresh media can reveal a real content update, visual refresh, or new mode. APKOF treats media changes as context, not proof of quality on their own.
Category changes
If a game shifts from puzzle to merge, idle to simulation, or arcade to runner, the catalog should reflect the player experience.
Freshness without fakery
Dates should show when an entry was reviewed or updated. Changing a date without a real content or link change makes the catalog less trustworthy.
APKOF update notes are intentionally plain. The point is to help players decide, not to make every game sound dramatic.
